By using eduardomarques.dev you accept these terms. They cover the site and every project on this domain. There is no separate contract per app.

The site

This is Eduardo Marques’s personal site: portfolio, writing, contact, and tools I built (some for myself, some open to use). I maintain it on my own.

Nothing here speaks for clients, public bodies, or other organisations. There is no sponsorship or institutional endorsement.

Tools and numbers

Totals, caps, charts, and lists are calculations from the interface. They do not know your situation and they do not replace a receipt, a bank statement, or a conversation with the people you live with. If they disagree, the outside source wins.

The public site and the tools are free, with no paid plan and no ads. They are provided as they currently are. They may go down, change, lose features, or be shut down.

If a number or a list matters, export or copy it. Castor has a backup. A screenshot works too. Sterna files are copies for the trip, not the legal original of a passport or ticket.

A wrong figure in a free tool does not move responsibility for the outcome onto the site.

Accounts

Where there is a login, each account sees its own data. Whoever has the password sees the same content. Do not share it.

To delete an account and what was stored with it, write to connect@eduardomarques.dev. Details are in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access someone else’s account, list, or trip. Do not probe the site to extract other people’s data or to take it down. Do not put another person’s name, photo, contact, or identity document in a tool unless that belongs there and they know. Do not use these apps to message people who did not ask.

Breaking this can get the account and the data removed without prior notice.

Law and updates

Brazilian law applies. The site is maintained in Brazil.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes. Keeping using the site after that means accepting the new version. If that does not work for you, ask for the account to be deleted.
